Your learning is personal.
A draft notice explaining the information used to provide account access, practice, resources, and lesson applications.
Information used by connected services
Account information can include your email, display name, language, and time zone. Learning information can include writing attempts, exercise results, and saved items. A lesson request can include your contact information, goals, level, and preferred times. Order records can include the product, amount, currency, payment references, and access status.
Why that information is needed
The intended purposes are to authenticate you, provide purchased or free access, show your own learning records, process lesson requests, maintain financial records, and protect the service. Only the information needed for each purpose should be collected.
Local storage and recordings
If you choose to save a lesson draft, its contents are stored in this browser and have not been submitted. Use a private device. Recording features must explain their handling before use. A browser speech service may process audio outside this site; that requires a clear feature-level notice. No claim of validated pronunciation scoring is made by a simple transcription feature.
Service providers
The planned architecture uses Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and PayPal for payment processing. Actual service configuration, data locations, subprocessors, and any optional speech provider must be documented before commercial launch. This site does not ask you to enter card details directly into its own forms.
Access and protection
Personal records are intended to be accessible only to their owner and explicitly authorized support or teaching roles. Private file downloads require access checks and expiring links. Teaching access must be limited to the relevant teacher–student relationship; a teacher is not automatically a platform administrator.
Retention and your choices
Use only the records needed for the stated purposes. Retention periods for account, learning, lesson, payment, and audit data must be set before launch. Deletion of an account does not necessarily delete financial records that must be retained. The final notice will explain contact details and the process for access, correction, export, and deletion requests.
Before commercial launch
The operating entity, support contact, applicable regions, intended ages, retention periods, transfer arrangements, and rights request procedure must be filled in and reviewed. This preview does not claim that all jurisdictions have the same privacy requirements.
