Your account
Where account services are connected, use accurate information, verify your email, and keep your password and recovery links private. Access belongs to the account holder. Do not try to access another person's records or restricted services.
Learning resources
Access conditions and the price of a published resource must be shown before checkout. A free sample is separate from the original PDF. Purchased resources are intended for personal learning unless the product explicitly provides a different license. Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share private files.
Payments and access
PayPal checkout is available only when configured. Payment status is confirmed by the server before download access is granted. A browser redirect or client success message alone is not a confirmed payment. Any applicable taxes, refund conditions, and final amount must be presented before a commercial purchase.
Learning feedback
Writing feedback and any practice scores are educational aids. They are not certificates, formal proficiency assessments, or guarantees of learning outcomes. A speech transcription or text match is not a validated pronunciation or tone score.
Personal lesson requests
Submitting a request does not reserve a lesson, create a charge, or guarantee availability. The teacher, final start and end time, price, cancellation conditions, and any further booking terms must be confirmed separately.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or misuse other users' information. Published product changes and access restrictions must be communicated clearly. Final terms will identify the operating entity, support contact, effective date, and rules applicable to the sales regions before commercial launch.
