If a payment appears uncertain
Check the order status in your account before attempting another payment. A PayPal approval or return page is not itself evidence that the studio received a completed payment. Server-side verification and reconciliation determine the final status.
Access or file problems
When private downloads are connected, request a fresh authorized link from your library if a previous link has expired. If a resource is inaccessible, damaged, or different from the product description, retain the order reference and a description of the issue for the verified support channel.
Refund processing
Approved refunds must be verified with the payment provider and recorded against the relevant transaction. Refunding one purchase should affect only that access source and should not remove an unrelated purchase or valid membership period. A pending refund request is not a completed refund.
Personal lessons and memberships
A lesson request in this preview does not take payment. Memberships are not open for purchase. Any future lesson or subscription service must state its price, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules before you commit.
Final policy requirements
The final policy must explain digital goods access, downloaded materials, duplicate charges, failed delivery, eligibility, request process, and expected handling.
